Often we struggle all the day long with a lot of challanges and at the end of the day we are exhausted of what we did and what happend.


In this week we discover the steps how we get in the mood of happyness. Step by step.

Sunday: arrival in the afternoon, "get together dinner"


Monday to Saturday


  • 7.00 am: guided meditation in the garden
  • 8.00 – 9.00 am: breakfast
  • 10.00 – 1.00 pm: introduction how to discover our „inner fire“
  • painting sessions – we have fun with colours which come out of our heart
  • (no previous knowledge required)
  • 1.00 – 2.00 pm: light lunch
  • 2.00 – 5.00 pm: relax on the pool, or ocean, enjoy our tropical garden, take a nap on your terrace, paint
  • 5.30 – 6.30 pm kundalini meditation
  • 7.00 – 9.00 pm dinner
  • we lough, we eat, we dance (not a must – but an invitation)

Sunday: depature after breakfast
