With my gongs, cymbals and singing bowls, I create a sound carpet around the body. I work with the system of of the Kabbalah - and the tree of life.
Sound from Tibetan Singing Bowls entrain the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition.
The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
According to the latest findings in spiritual quantum physics, there is no matter to 99.9999999. We are energy (frequency) and information.
HOW IT WORKS:
Tibetan singing bowls and gongs are set to certain frequencies. Sound healing allows your body to heal itself by slowing down your brain waves, which affect every cell in your body, shifting them from diseased to being in ease. It's just aligning it with whatever you need.
Tibetan singing bowls sound healing with meter-sized gongs, Bell and cymbals:
10 + 1 singing bowls are placed on and around your clothed body and struck together with bell, gongs and cymbals in a harmonic sequence.
This will restore the harmony in your body and achieve a sense of well-being. Healing reactions can occur because the self-healing powers are activated.
The recording takes place in a sound-conveying sound space. Here are a bed and meter-wide gongs at the head and foot. You lie clothed and covered on the soft bed.
The sound scales are harmoniously sounded. All your cells resonate and get into a microfine vibration.
As a result, the cell light inside the cell.

The director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at the Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York, Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, says,
“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.”
Poor mood and elevated anxiety are linked to increased incidence of disease. This study examined the effects of sound meditation, specifically Tibetan singing bowl meditation, on mood, anxiety,
pain, and spiritual well-being. Sixty-two women and men (mean age 49.7 years) participated. As compared with pre-meditation, following the sound meditation participants reported significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood (all Ps <.001). Additionally, participants who were previously naïve to this type of meditation experienced a significantly greater reduction in tension compared with participants experienced in this meditation (P < .001).
Feeling of spiritual well-being significantly increased across all participants (P < .001). Tibetan singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost low technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being. This meditation type may be especially useful in
decreasing tension in individuals who have not previously practiced this form of meditation.
